These terms apply to both Trade Jobs Tracker Solo and Trade Jobs Tracker Pro, sold by ClearPath Tools (a sole trader based in Ireland). By purchasing or using either product, you agree to these terms. Where you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected by anything in these terms.
What You're Buying
You are buying a one-time licence to use the current version of the software. This is not a subscription. You are not buying:
- Guaranteed future updates or new features
- Guaranteed long-term support
- Guaranteed uptime or availability
I may update or improve the tool, but I am not obligated to. Any updates I do release will be available at the same URL.
How the Apps Work
Solo stores your data in your browser's local storage on your device. Your data never leaves your device unless you export it.
Pro stores your data securely in Supabase (EU West Ireland servers) and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers are GDPR-compliant.
No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
I do my best to keep the apps running, but I cannot guarantee:
- That the app will always be available
- That the service will be error-free
- That Supabase or Cloudflare will never have downtime
- That your browser or device will always be compatible
This is normal for all online tools, including tools far larger than this one. I'll always communicate any planned downtime or major changes.
Your Responsibility for Backups
Both apps include a built-in Export / Backup feature. You are responsible for taking regular backups of your own data. I am not responsible for:
- Lost or corrupted data
- Data lost through accidental deletion
- Data lost through browser storage being cleared (Solo)
- Outages beyond my control
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:
- I am not liable for any business losses, missed jobs, lost income, or consequential damages caused by using or being unable to use the app
- My total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product
This is standard for digital tools and software licences.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the software for redistribution
- Share your Pro account login with others
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the service
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
If you break these rules, I may revoke your access without a refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. However, if you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections afforded to you under the laws of England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland (as applicable) — including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — regardless of this choice of law clause. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms occasionally. If I do, I'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data is collected when you use Trade Jobs Tracker, how it is stored, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), which applies to buyers based in the United Kingdom.
Short version: Solo stores everything on your device only — I never see it. Pro stores your data securely in the EU. I do not sell data, run ads, or share your information with anyone.

What Data the App Stores
When you use either app, you may enter:
- Customer names, addresses, and contact details
- Job descriptions, prices, materials, and notes
- Dates and schedules
- Your own business details (name, address, VAT number)
- Pro only: your email address (used for login)
This data is stored so the app can function. It is not used for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Solo: All data is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it. I have no access to it whatsoever.
Pro: Your data is stored in Supabase (EU West Ireland region), which provides encrypted database storage, authentication, and backups. The app is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which does not store your personal data.
Who Can See Your Data
Only you. I do not access, read, sell, or share your data with any third party. Row-level security is enforced at the database level — only your account can read your records.
The only exception would be if I were legally required to comply with a court order or law enforcement request under Irish or EU law.
Data Collected at Purchase
When you buy through Gumroad, Gumroad collects your name, email address, and payment information. This is governed by Gumroad's Privacy Policy. I receive your email address to deliver your purchase. I do not store payment details.
Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Under GDPR, the legal basis for processing your data is "performance of a contract" — you purchased the tool and the data is required for it to function as described.
How Long Your Data Is Kept
Solo: Until you clear your browser storage or use the in-app delete option.
Pro: Until you delete it yourself or request deletion. You can export all your data at any time using the built-in CSV export.
Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — export your data (use the built-in CSV export)
- Objection — stop using the app at any time

If you are based in the EU and feel your rights have not been respected, you may contact the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). If you are based in the UK, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Data Security
Supabase provides encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure only your account can access your data. No online service can guarantee 100% security, but I take reasonable steps to protect your data at every layer.
Third-Party Providers
All providers are GDPR-compliant. None of them receive your job or customer data — only Supabase stores app data, and only for Pro users.
Cookies and Tracking
This app does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising technology. Solo uses browser local storage (not cookies) to store your data. Pro uses Supabase session tokens for authentication only.
Changes to This Policy
If I update this policy, I'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email to Pro users.

Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If Trade Tracker Solo or Pro doesn't work for you, email within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
Digital Products — General Policy
Because both Solo and Pro are digital products that are delivered immediately, sales are generally final. However, I believe in treating buyers fairly and will always try to help before refusing a refund.
When I'll Always Refund
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You were charged twice by mistake (duplicate purchase)
- The app has a technical issue that I cannot fix within a reasonable time
When I May Refund at My Discretion
- Genuine dissatisfaction beyond the 7-day window, considered case by case
What Isn't Covered
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Incompatibility with an unsupported browser or device (please check the demo before buying)
- Downtime caused by Supabase or Cloudflare (outside my control)
- Data loss due to clearing browser storage (Solo) — this is why I recommend regular backups
How to Request a Refund
Email clearprofit_tools@gmail.com with:
- The email address you used to purchase
- Your Gumroad order number
- A brief reason for the request
I review every request personally and respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
EU and UK Consumer Rights
EU buyers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products, unless you have already started using the product and agreed to waive this right. By downloading and using the app, you acknowledge the immediate provision of the digital content and agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
UK buyers: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the app has a fault, you are entitled to a repair or replacement in the first instance, or a refund if that is not possible. These statutory rights are not affected by this refund policy.
In practice, I operate a 7-day no-questions refund window which is more generous than legally required under either regime. Just email me.
